HOW DO YOU DELIVER MY ORDER?

We deliver your order by courier at a rate of £5.00 to the UK mainland. Orders outside the UK mainland (including the Isle of Man) may be subject to an increased delivery charge, increased delivery time or may be unable to be delivered. In cases where we are unable to deliver, or we do not receive payment for the additional delivery charge, your order will be cancelled and refunded. All Sports orders are free of charge for delivery. While Schoolwear carries the charge.

Sports Orders over £100 receive free next day delivery (Order must be recieved by 2pm). However if you are purchasing with schoolwear these will be sent together as fast as possible (1-5 days). We endeavour to deliver as fast as possible, this may mean seperate consignments will be sent.

If you select to pay for next day delivery and you also have uniform in the basket, it is possible that order will be sent in multiple deliveries.

Custom made orders e.g. URNU, Sports Xtra and more, can take upto 14 days delivery. 


HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders typically take 1-5 working days to arrive, but can take up to fourteen days. If your order has not arrived in this time, please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to assist.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY? 

If you aren't present at the time of delivery, a card will be posted through your door providing details to arrange a re-delivery. If the second delivery is missed, or a re-delivery is not arranged within five days of the original delivery attempt, your order will be returned to us. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you about sending the order again. Please be aware that should you want us to send it out for delivery again, an additional delivery charge will be incurred.

If you would like the parcel to be left with a neighbour please let us know in additional information and we will inform the courier. Please note we can't do this after the order has been sent.
